If you are already registered in the conference, you have the right to a partial refund of the registration, to do so, please contact with registrationconference@ccm-events.com


These rates are valid for all events under the frame of Conference taking into account the new scenario related COVID-19 (Workshops, Co-located Events and Special Sessions):

  • *Reduced rates are mainly applicable to accompanying persons (with social programme).

  • ** The Standard, POSTGRADUATE STUDENTS (Full conference fees), AEPIA/IEEE members registrations include access to all scientific and social program.

  • ***The POSTGRADUATE STUDENTS (Without dinners) registration includes all scientific program and social program except Gala Dinner.

  • **** Postgraduate students must provide proof of their status with a copy of their student card sent with the registration form. The document has to be presented when collecting the documentation.

  • *****A charge of 100€ will be applied for each extra page (up to a maximum of 4 extra pages).
